You can view slides in a presentation as slide images within the slide area, slide descriptions, thumbnails (small images), text slide lists, and as a full-screen slide show in a separate window. You can also view chapters in the slide area if they are available in the presentation. Slide descriptions, text slide lists, and chapters can be read by text readers like GW Micro Window-Eyes®. By default when you view a presentation, images are displayed as a slide show so that they fill the entire slide area. To return to this slide show view from other views, click Slide Images. View thumbnails

Click Slide Descriptions to view text descriptions of slide content in place of the slide images. If the slide descriptions have not been customized, then the slide number is displayed as the slide description. View chapters
Update navigation viewWhen you are navigating through the slides using a view other than the slide images view (text, thumbnails, chapters), by default, once you select a slide the Viewer begins playing at the point the selected slide appears in the presentation and the slides return to the slide image view. To prevent the Viewer from returning to the slide image view when you are navigating through a presentation's slides in a different view, select Options > On Navigate Display > Current View. To return to the default slide navigation settings, select Options > On Navigate Display > Slide Show. Navigate slides
Click previous slide and next slide navigate through the slides in an on-demand or stand-alone presentation. The presentation will go to the time that the selected slide first appears in the presentation. |
