Bush camping in the Okavango
We spent six days on a Mokoro (wooden canoe) bush camping trip. Oddballs
is a camp in the delta that arranged for a guide.
On a typical day we walked for 4 hours in the morning, rested for 2-3 hours and
walked/moved around on the Mokoro for 3 hours in the afternoon. We brought our food
from home and filtered water from the swamp. We encountered plenty of wildlife but no predators
although we followed their tracks for hours.
