You can find the login and usage information in the user manual. To run the VM, you can use VMware Workstation (for Windows) or VMware Fusion (for Mac OS); both are available from TERPware. (You may also be able to use a free virtualization package like VirtualBox, but I have no experience with it and I won't be able to answer quesions).Your homework must work within the Virtual Machine (VM) that we provide you.
