Ok, now that you've done that...
In order to log in to your AITS course account, many of you will be using telnet from a PC or Macintosh. From a PC you can typically select "Run..." from the Windows "Start" menu, and then use "telnet holmes.umd.edu" (or whatever machine you want) to connect to that aITS machine. Unfortunately, it turns out that Microsoft's telnet application is buggy and in particular that many of the keys you use in emacs do not work properly.
